Breakfree French Quarter, *Please note that BreakFree French Quarter is currently undertaking a major transformation with the resort being repainted in fresh modern colours. The project involves some remedial works and scaffolding in sections of the resort however the impact on guests is minimal. There will be intermittent periods of construction noise that is expected to have minimal disruption or inconvenience to guests. Every effort will be made by the BreakFree team to ensure guest comfort throughout the duration of the project. Tradespeople will be onsite Monday to Friday between 7am and 3pm.*

Located on Hastings Street, BreakFree French Quarter is the perfect place to enjoy a seaside escape to Noosa on Queensland's Sunshine Coast. Behind the French colonial façade of ochre washed walls, the resort combines a great location with quality accommodation and a unique, rustic charm. BreakFree French Quarter offers self-contained one and two-bedroom apartments set amongst landscaped gardens. All apartments have kitchenettes, laundry facilities, a spa bath, in-house movies, cable TV, and a private balcony or terrace. Onsite leisure facilities include a lagoon-style swimming pool, children's wading pools and spas linked by a series of bridges and walkways. Noosa's famed restaurants and shopping boutiques are literally on the doorstep, with beaches and the National Park just a short stroll away.

For your convenience we can not accept booking for the same day arrivals outside of reception hours. Please phone during normal business hours prior to arrival to arrange after hours check in. Once a booking has been made we accept NO CANCELLATIONS OR AMENDMENTS to that booking.

*Please be advised that BreakFree French Quarter, Noosa will be undergoing a full building repaint including remedial works commencing Monday 5 July 2010 with an expected completion date of 29 November 2010.

For the duration of the project, there will be intermittent construction noise as remedial works are carried out, and scaffolding will be erected in sections of the resort. Whilst restricted access will be in place in sections of the property, it is not expected to impact directly on any recreational facilities. Tradespeople will be onsite from 7am until 4pm Monday to Saturday however, excess noise will be restricted to the hours between 9am to 4pm.

Every effort will be made to ensure guest comfort throughout the course of the project.*
