Colonial Resort Noosa, Blending the charm of east meets west colonial architecture, with the finest fixtures fittings and facilities, the Colonial Resort Noosa stands unrivalled as the ultimate in refined luxury holiday accommodation.

Colonial Resort Noosa opened 1st August 2003.The resort features one, two and three bedroom apartments and studio rooms. All apartments are large, modern, sunny and are located right on the river at Noosaville.

Apartments and Rooms are serviced weekly. Large, modern, well appointed, apartments with fabulous views over the Noosa River (the two bedroom apartments have fabulous views over our 25 metre heated lagoon style pool and lush tropical gardens), the large living areas featuring beautiful bamboo flooring open onto a large sunny north facing deck.

Two bedroom apartments are walk ups. Studio rooms are a bedroom with an ensuite bathroom. Studio rooms are serviced by a lift. Studio rooms have no living area (it is a bedroom with an ensuite bathroom).

ROOM FEATURES: ISDN phones with data port, bed linen, bath towels and an inital supply of toiletries are provided, ducted reverse cycle air-conditioning, ceiling fans, TV, AUSTAR, VCR and/or DVD, CD stereo, fully equipped kitchens with fridge, dishwasher, ceramic hob, oven, microwave, crockery, cutlery. Laundry has laundry tub, washing machine and drier. Ensuite to master bedroom, spa bath (3br only). Studio rooms feature limited cooking facilities - microwave oven, jug, toaster, refrigerator.

1 Bedroom River View Apartment

Luxury 1 bedroom river view apartment - north facing apartment that opens onto a deck with superb views over the Noosa River. Adjacent to Noosa River, located between Maisies' Seafood Restaurant &amp Laguna Realty. 1.5 hrs drive from Brisbane Airport along Pacific Highway, turn right at Eumundi then follow Noosa signs until reaching the River. 30 mins from Maroochydore airport self drive. Transfers may be pre-arranged from airports with either coaches or car services. Charges applied as per provider. (go to www.whereis.com.au for specific directions)

River Ferry is situated diagonally opposite and services run frequently between Hastings St, Noosa and Tewantin Harbour where there are fabulous cafes and Art Galleries to enjoy. Also diagonally opposite is a Tennis court for hire day and night.
