We offer you and your family a quiet, independent and affordable alternative to exploring Australia's Sunshine Coast and the popular Noosa area in AAA 4 star self-contained accommodation. We are pet-friendly & suitable for elderly or disabled guest stays. We are located at 532 Black Mountain Road, Cooroy, 9 km's west of town.

Cooroy Country Cottages is centrally located within the Sunshine Coast and provides easy highway or train access to day-trip locations in any direction (you can be frolicking in the surf on a Noosa ocean beach in 20 minutes, arrive at most Sunshine Coast tourist attractions in less than 30 minutes or even be in Brisbane in 1 hour 15 minutes).

Better still - spend your days in our idyllic surroundings and enjoy one of the Sunshine Coast's outstanding environmental achievements. You can stay or return each day to our secluded hinterland tranquility and pastoral beauty, complemented by scenic views, creek bush walks, sub-tropical rainforest flora and native wildlife.

Australian Cottage (sleeps up to 6)

Two story 3 bedroom fully self contained cottage with a queen bed in each bedroom.

Cooroora Cottage sleeps up to 7

Single story wheelchair friendly 3 bedroom self contained cottage. Each bedroom has 1 queen bed.

Federation Cottage sleeps up to 4

2 bedroom formal style Self contained cottage and each bedroom has 1 queen bed.

Studio Suite sleeps up to 2

3 rooms with 1 bedroom self contained apartment with 1 queen bed.

Check In Instructions

Check in (no earlier than 2pm) by driving directly to your booked cottage.

Children and Extra Guests Details

Cottage base rate covers the first two guests. An additional charge of $25.00 per person per night applies to all other guests. No charge for children under 2 who sleep in a cot (which can be provided with linen and a high chair at no additional cost).

Car Parking Details

Each cottage has its own covered car park for 2 vehicles and there is no charge for parking.

8.5 km's east of Cooroy on Black Mountain Road to the secluded 97 acres with mountain and valley views.

Things To Do

On the 97 acres, we offer 4 km's of bush walking tracks with creeks, dams and views, or just enjoy a leisurely stroll beside the nearby large gardens with rock pond, boardwalk and gazebo. Visit and feed the miniature horses and cattle or wander through the 8,000 native tree arboretum to enjoy the seasonal blooms and fragrances perfect for birdwatching. Noosa beaches and most Sunshine Coast tourist attractions within a 30 minute drive (e.g. 15 minutes to the Eumundi Markets) with the Brisbane CBD or airport within 1 1/2 drives. We are centrally located to all area attractions with easy Bruce Highway access and train service via the Cooroy station.
